"Protocol Description"	"Flush femurs from C57BL/6 mice (Jackson Laboratories) with complete RPMI (RPMI 1640 supplemented with 10% FCS, 2mM L-glutamine, 100 IU/mL penicillin and 100ug/mL streptomycin, all from Cellgro, Mediatech, except the FCS which is from from Hyclone). Plate bone marrow cells on non-tissue culture treated plastic in complete RPMI supplemented with recombinant human M-CSF (rhM-CSF) at 50 ng/mL (Chiron). On day 3, wash the cells two times with complete RPMI and then grow for 4 more days in complete RPMI supplemented with 50 ng/mL of rhM-CSF."
